Browse active proposals or create your own for just 0.05 SOL. Each proposal has a specific duration and target contribution amount. Creating a proposal is the first step to launching your token. Join the comments thread to strategize with other potential contributors.

Choose Contribution Amount

Decide how much SOL you want to contribute. Your contribution is held securely in a trustless manner until the bundle is complete. If the launch doesn't proceed, your SOL is automatically refunded.

Bundle Buy & Launch

Once contributions reach the target, tokens are purchased in a single bundle buy. Everyone gets airdropped tokens at exactly the same price - creating perfect fairness for all contributors. Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Stack Bros (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access or use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

2. Regional Restrictions & Jurisdiction

The Platform is not offered to persons or entities who reside in, are citizens of, are located in, are incorporated in, or have a registered office in any restricted territory or where prohibited by law. By accessing this Platform, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any restricted jurisdiction.

You are responsible for complying with all local rules, laws, and regulations that apply to your use of the Platform in your jurisdiction. The Platform makes no representations that it is appropriate or available for use in all locations.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Cayman Islands.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

By using Stack Bros, you explicitly agree to:

  • Not create proposals that are fraudulent, misleading, or designed to deceive other users
  • Not engage in market manipulation or coordinated trading activities
  • Not use the platform for any illegal activities including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or tax evasion
  • Not attempt to circumvent any platform security measures or access unauthorized areas
  • Not use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the platform without explicit permission
  • Not harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Not post content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates any third-party rights
  • Provide accurate and truthful information in all proposals and contributions
  • Maintain the security of your own wallet and credentials
  • Report any suspicious or fraudulent activity you encounter

4. Service Limitations & Platform Rights

Stack Bros reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the platform at any time without prior notice
  • Remove or disable access to any content or proposals that violate these terms
  • Block or restrict access for users who violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity
  • Implement new security measures or requirements at any time
  • Set and modify limits on proposal amounts, contribution sizes, or other parameters
  • Charge fees for platform services and modify fee structures with notice
  • Share information with law enforcement or regulators as required by law
  • Decline service to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion

5. Risks & Disclaimers

Stack Bros is an experimental platform provided strictly "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. By using our platform, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

5.1 Financial Risks

  • Cryptocurrency and digital assets are highly volatile and risky investments
  • You may lose some or all of your contributed funds
  • Token values can drop to zero
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • You should never contribute more than you can afford to lose

5.2 Technical Risks

  • Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities
  • Blockchain networks may experience delays or interruptions
  • Wallet connections may fail or time out
  • Data displayed may be delayed or inaccurate
  • Platform upgrades may cause temporary service interruptions

5.3 Security Risks

  • Your wallet or credentials could be compromised
  • Phishing attacks may target platform users
  • Malicious proposals may attempt to deceive users
  • Network attacks could disrupt service

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stack Bros and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or digital assets
  • Damages relating to failed transactions or proposals
  • Issues with token creation, distribution, or trading
  • Actions or omissions of proposal creators or other users
  • Technical issues or smart contract malfunctions
  • Stolen, lost, or inaccessible digital assets
  • Network fees or gas costs
  • Decisions made based on platform information
  • Any other financial losses incurred while using the platform

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stack Bros and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

BY USING STACK BROS, YOU EXPLICITLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PART OF THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT USE THE PLATFORM.
